Purpose Of The Patient Profile
This page is your Profile screen in the Menspro patient portal, where you review and update your personal details, preferences, and support options. The guide below explains each section in simple terms so it can be used for training or handover documents.
User info and security
- User photo and name (“MG Test MG Test”): Confirms which patient account is open so you know you are in the right profile.
- Change password: Link to reset or change your password if you think it is weak, shared, or compromised.
- Edit profile: Button or link used to update editable fields such as phone number, address, or other contact details (depending on what the clinic allows you to change).
Personal information and contact
- Personal Information – Full name, Date of birth: Shows your legal name and date of birth on file, which are used to correctly identify you in the system.
- Contact – Phone, Email, Address: Displays the phone number, email address, and postal address used for communication and records; these may be updated via “Edit profile” if enabled by the clinic.
- Clinic Location (“Alabama Men's Clinic”): Shows which clinic location you are registered with for your care.
Preferences, support, and communication
- Preferences – Marketing Information “Subscribed”: Indicates whether you are currently subscribed to receive marketing or promotional information from Menspro.
- Support section:
- Text: Explains that if you have questions about your profile, you can reach the support team.
- Support email (dangreen@themansclinic.com): Direct email address for contacting support about profile‑related issues.
- Send General Enquiry: Link or button to send a general, non‑urgent message through the portal instead of email.
- Communication preferences – Update preferences: Link that takes you to a dedicated page or form where you can choose how the clinic contacts you (for example email, SMS, phone) and update notification settings.
